We are nandos regulars and are always pleased with the food and service at the Deepdale restaurant. But our experience in the city centre restaurant was very poor. Despite us entering early (11:45), the restaurant was dirty on the floor and at the table we were shown to. We moved tables. We went to go and get cutlery and it was all dirty visible food on multiple pieces. We were not the only people of this opinion, as watching others go up to the counter, no one else took any cutlery after looking into the pots. When the food came, the burger was nice but the sides were cold. Also, no one came and checked on us part way through, as is normally done. Would not recommend!!
Best Nando's I've had in a long time. Food was cooked perfectly. And most importantly the garlic bread WASN'T the last few times the garlic bread has been black. Me and my wife always share our sides, I give her one garlic bread and she breaks her corn in half and gives me some Nice to see they seem to be retaining staff at this Nando's I know it's on the expensive side (we get blue light discount for working in the emergency services) and it is still on the expensive side, BUT it is the refill drinks that keeps us going back for more. Well worth it especially when you put a bit too much Saka Sauce on and the fiery burn starts to kick in
I went to the Preston Marketplace store yesterday visiting my mum and everything was amazing. The food here is absolutely delicious! Everything that we ordered was full of flavor; cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend the Fino Pitta and the butterfly burger. Our server, Tom (scouse man) was an absolute gem. They knew the menu, offered great recommendations, and even brought my son a piece of paper that my son could draw on! We’ll be asking for the next time we visit. Overall amazing experience, will definitely be coming again
Extremely helpful! The waitress brought the manager for us since we needed an allergy menu. They showed us the allergy chart and ensured that all our food was prepared separately. The waiter even washed his hands before serving our meal. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food at this Nando's location was excellent, but the service was only average. The only downside was the small table size and being seated in the middle of the restaurant with people constantly squeezing past.

Really quick service, very relaxed atmosphere and easy parking! Great food too but had runout of rice !
