Nando's - Reservar una mesa

I had a little bit of it. pretty much the worst Nandos experience ever had. I ordered a veggie wrap today and took a bite into my veggie pattie only to find it was frozen solid and ice cold in my packaging! I have very politely informed the young who told me that it would take 2 minutes to make another package. 10 minutes later, when my new package finally arrived and halfway through eating I discovered that the cook was not too happy that I returned my packaging as they had mixed my veggie pattie with small chickens. as a clear vegetarian, I was extremely unpleasant with how my dining room partner who had feared to eat her veggie wrap when she allergic to...read more

my wife and I rarely eat fast. our experience in nando’s hillarys was a good illustration for it. eating is poor. the hunch was far over colonized and bad quality. the same with the chips that were dry and were salted in about half a box. big! and totally unnecessary. the table was very sticky and did not look (or felt) as if it had been cleaned very unhygienicly correctly in a very long time. and the music is terrible. we both came away and felt very dissatisfied. whitford city really needs a few decent restaurants. at the moment there is no.

poor service. bad attitude. Don't listen to the customer. today at 1:30 o'clock (29/11/14) ordered my man (nandos fanatic) half a hen extra hot with Peri chip dip. it came and had no peri dimmer. we asked for the Peri-Dip she took the plate and bought it back with peri salt over the chips. we then said we don't want the bathroom. she took the plate back, and we didn't cried back the plate and brought the bath. my man went to complain and finally got what he ordered. no excuse.

BEST EVA NANDOS. If you want the best eva nandos and the best eva customer service go to the Whitford City Nandos. The staff over there are wonderful and they will make your meal exactly as you like it. Thats how Nandos should be. It reminds me of Nandos back home in England.
