Worst customer service ever - the "owner" of the restaurant was VERY disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. Went to sit down and have a meal with my family - majority of us ordered from Nandos, but my sister ordered chips from another store before coming in. As soon as she started eating her food, the apparent "owner" waltzed in and began bad-mouthing us to his staff. He did not approach us at all - but instead acted very childish and loudly complained about her eating her chips in the store. It was very ironic that at the exact same time this man started being passive-aggressive and rude, there was a group of boys eating Subway in the restaurant - though "boss-man" seemed to not think...
With about 4 other customers and three people in the kitchen, it took a staggering 45 minutes to make some tenderloins and a couple of wraps. I've seen a group of blind people with leprosy launch a space program faster than it took these guys to cook a piece of chicken.It was actually impressive watching a collection of people failing to accomplish basic motor functions to cook a meal.
We live in Ballarat and go to our local Nando's. The food is always well cooked. And it was good to see the same quality here in Burleigh. The young guy who served us, was very friendly and professional. Not only did he take orders but also waited tables. We really enjoyed all our meals and would recommend them to others.
Went here for dinner at around 8pm, we were the only ones in the place and they staff started to sweep the floors under our feet while we were eating. They also tried to hurry us up so they could close even tho their trading hours are way past 8pm!!There are better Nando places on the Gold Coast

Our food took longer than usual to come out so the owner gave us free drinks and chips - so kind! Chef also came out to apologise for the mistake. Food was of high quality, and staff are friendly - highly recommended.
Set in the middle of James street the view is nothing to rave about. Its a smallish store but is convenient to have a healthy option and is set among many interesting shops.
Great food, served fast and hot! Staff were very friendly and happy to recommend their favourites. I'll be back to try some more of the menu.
My kids love Nandos, which is a great way to take them out to eat for a healthier version of fast food, depends on menu choices though...

Went to purchase food fora late meal and was confronted by a strange chap very blunt it will be a 40 minute wait so did not stay.
Para o meu paladar eu considero o Nando's meio picante, logo se você não gosta de comida muito apimentada eu não recomendo.
