my experience was unexpected after I was recommended. order over the counter with an average of 6 people in the restaurant. ordered a take-off food waited over 50min and other people also came to pick up telephone calls there. to be disappointed, also waiting for another 20min. I notice the contempt of unrestrained animosity. but soon I finally got my order. but in order to get home to a missing child's meal and very small portions of what you call a garlic bread, my Caesar wars are greater than that. My chips than sides are very poor than to be divided between 2 people. there was overall taste, but no value for money.
Worst nandos I have been to, 40 minutes to get our drinks at which time they said they would give a refund. Food arrived 20minutes later stone cold. My partner tried to get hers re done which was refused and instead they asked for her email address instead of giving a refund. Absolutely pathetic, there was well and truely enough people there to run that resturant but it all seemed to hard for them.Recommend avoiding this place.
The manager on duty was absolutely useless. Waited about 20mins for the chips in my order because they kept getting distracted. Kept getting told my order was getting packed but waited over 30mins in the restaurant after ordering quite a while ahead on the app. Should not be handling the take away section.
Wait times are huge which is fine if the app gave accurate times or even the staff when you arrive. It’s always 5 more mins over and over again until you’ve been there for about 45 mins. Same with the message service. Tells you your is ready when it’s really not.

that is my local nando’s and its always was a great place to go for some quick and easy chicken removal the restaurant is kept clean and the personal is.
the 4th time I had cold chips and the wrong meal. either seriously the owner or the manager must go back to the franchise school and learn to follow.
avoid them. menulog tried to deliver the wrong order. the load is completely contactless, so I am currently not able to organize a refund.
always with the share plate. it is not surprising that the place is always packed. I like the new renovation, stop it.

They're either disorganised or understaffed because waiting times are ridiculous.
