Pathetic, nandos hamilton hill. I went to nandos with an entertainment voucher with my girlfriend. we had a buy one get one free 1/4 chicken. and bought some extra chips, drinks and a corn. when the chicken came out we could not understand if they messed up our order ?? they served us one 1/4 chicken which was normal size and the second piece was about 1/6th the size of mine. it was the smallest most pathetic piece of chicken you could imagine. how the lady serving us could walk out with two plates of supposedly the same order with such different peices of chicken is incredibly poor. so even with the voucher we basicly got no benefit. this is also not the first time they have messed up...rea...

Eating is always well cooked and fresh. expect to wait longer than they say to take away, 15-20 minutes turns out more than 40-45 minutes. it happened almost every time I go there. be honest and realistic about waiting times please. edit: went back there, said 7-10 minutes, it would be ready. 20 minutes later only to say in many more, so that another 5 minutes, which of course was wrong again. I love eating nandos, but they are just hopeless to make their waiting times right.

not bad, we like to come here for a lazy weekend. we have three 1/2 chickens (milk) and chips. they get what they pay for. service was good, I have previously found it can be a bit hit and miss, depending on who is on. pretty busy, very clean, a bit squishy to eat. family friendly. many parking places near the door. overall, its fast food without the great fat factor. many options and healthy tasty side options also.

Nandos is amazing, the best chicken in the world. If ever thinking of going to mcdonalds or any other fast food options, go to Nandos. The food is fresh much more healthy and clean. Nandos chips are awesome. The supremo burger is delicious and corn on the cob I recommend. The peri peri sauce is the key.

overpriced for what they get to be honest, but it is cooked to order and the peri peri chips are much more seasonal please. nice customer service and faster service.
