it was a rainy day so garden city should be the best place to eat for quick dinner. we wanted to go for the oporto, but it was closed for the day (only 5:30 o'clock? . then we decided for the nando around the corner. at the arrival we felt the chaotic mood with customers do not know whether they should wait for someone who serves them for Dine-in or simply follow them the waiting queue for taking. there were not many human resources that took care of this issue. Finally, we were told that we had a table for diving. it confused us when we order after the waiting queue or simply made online as recommended by the displayed sign on the table. it took more than 10 minutes to download the app...re...
we went on a Tuesday night the restaurant was quiet. when we went to the bar on the counter, we went away and waited for a while before we could ask for a table. there was no mention of how long it would take to eat. after a falsifying 53-minute waiting period we received our food. only that our order is wrong. we were advised that the delay was because our order was redirected and they had to recover it. we said they could fix our order, but after we waited as long as we didn't, we wanted to wait for another good to know how long the meal should be corrected. after waiting I would have expected that eating is hot and it was something about the room...read more
I waited over 40 minutes for my food, and when it finally arrived, the chips were cold and the bread roll was stale. The waitress argued with us about whether it was our order and practically tossed the plates on the table. She even took my drink out of her pocket! When I inquired about another drink that was missing, she rudely responded that she didn't pay for a drink. When I showed her the receipt, she loudly said it wasn't her fault. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced—I wish there were an option to give no stars!
Ryan and the other staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. Although our food was delayed, we were happy to wait, and they generously offered us additional ribs and sides as a gesture of appreciation for our patience. The food was outstanding, and the overall service was top-notch. We dined in for dinner, and the price per person was between $1 and $20.

First ever time at Nando 's after someone who knows I like spicy food said I should try it .... chicken was tasty and just the right amount of 'heat ' so big tick !! .... but to be charged close to $10 for 4 really small pieces is exorbitant ...... so unfortunately, 1st time will be last time

Worse experience ordered and waited 40 mins then to be told it was going to be another 10 mins wait. The managers name is Peter super rude didn’t care that we had waited that long asked for a refund and said would take a few days to come in be warned.
2 quarter chicken flour coughs and I think my was the short end of the rod in relation to the size! They are not small on taste, although a whole han had some weeks later and got the BBQ sauce delicious as!

The quarter chicken gets smaller every time. I ordered two quarter chicken meals take away and when we got home you could be forgiven for thinking I’d ordered a quarter pigeon it was so tiny.
