The lovely individual who took our order kept asking us to repeat items as she had her earphones in. Staff were yelling across the store about I just sat down when told to deal with the walk ins. Our worst service since we came to the states. Compared to the international menu the choices aren 't fantastic, no mild option. Chicken has a light orange sauce here rather than the usual red for the hot, I assume just different ingredients, not as nice as other countries. Once you were through the skin it was just a regular old chicken breast, dry in places. Not at all worth the $56USD. My wife did enjoy the garlic bread though, the garlic bread saved it.
My friend and I wanted someplace where we could have a quick lunch. Her chicken breast and salad came right away, but it took around fifteen minutes before I got my chicken breast sandwich and cole slaw. I enjoyed my sandwich, but my friend's chicken was a little tough and she struggled to cut it. We were told that the only available seating was upstairs, which was okay, but had we known how badly lit the staircase was, we would have gone somewhere else.
Food was good when we finally got it but the customer service was horrible. The cashier seemed like she had absolutely no idea what she was doing, didn?t seem to care about her job and was rude. Also when we got our wings after waiting for like 45 minutes, one of them was so small I wouldn?t even consider it a wing (image attached). Not to mention, we couldn?t order over half the menu items because they were out of stock.
I had some good previous experiences with Nando?s. However, my last experience was very disappointing, and the food I got from this restaurant was tribble. The chicken was cold and the same time, burnt. I already contacted Nando?s customer service last week, but they never replied. It was definitely my last time going to Nando?s.

Had the chicken rice bowl...790 total calories..OMG, I could eat this everyday for a month before I would move on to something else on the menu. Lovely people, great décor and atmosphere, handicapped accessible. Child friendly.
It was the best service ever and Enrique went above and beyond. I recomend you say hello to him when you are there. Food is fantastic, service like no other and that pineapple lemonade whoa... I recommend it for all.
As a foreigner one of my favourite spot is Nando?s! If you ever want to eat SPICY chicken this is the place ???? I didn?t have 5 star, just because the interior feels old, a refresh would have been perfect!
Amazing food, amazing vibe, just perfect. Wish we had one in Texas. We were in Washington for three days and we went there three times!!
