Ive had this experience multiple times. Its honestly hard to imagine what the smaller sized side salad looks like. Nandos is not a cheap eat $60 f/1.5 chickens); so, the side-dish price gouging is a bit painful to bear. Regular spot for lunch with my wife and mother in law. The chicken is consistently cooked and seasoned well. Personal favorite is the mango-lime flavor 1/4 leg and thigh. I had it in a wrap during my last visit and was delighted. Chips (fries) and perinaise is a must try for groups, it balances well with most other dishes here too. My one complaint would be the excess of entitled and rude customers from the mall. Having to watch the cashier get scolded for doing her job right was irksome and held up the line for about 5 minutes. To the crew, you're doing great! Keep up the consistent, good work.
The food quality is fine, but the portion sizes of the dishes, especially the sides, have significantly decreased recently. This change is quite disappointing and is beginning to make the cost not worth it. As a result, I will likely no longer be ordering from this restaurant.
I had a wonderful time at this Nandos restaurant. The food was delicious and served promptly. Although there was a minor mistake with my order, Jacob handled it very professionally and resolved it with courtesy. I will definitely return in the future!

The service was excellent. The manager went above and beyond to make our first dining experience unforgettable for my fiancé and me. We will definitely be returning and I can't wait to share my experience with all my friends. The food was amazing!!!
The peri peri chicken was amazing! We ordered the double 1/4 chicken legs with garlic bread and corn on the cob, as well as the honey wings. Everything was cooked perfectly. The chicken was tender and bursting with flavor. I would definitely return.
This is the second time trying this restaurant. The food is fresh and tasty. But just as important is the customer service of this place, they were very welcoming, friendly, and effective. I do recommend this place to visit alone of with the family.
The chicken had a nasty flavor (no seasoning) and I ordered the cinnamon and sugar sweet potato but received regular bland sweet potatoes. Im hoping it was a one time thing.

The food was delicious! I did order fries as the side for one meal and an additional side of fries, but I only received one order of fries.
I ordered two whole chickens, but one had a smaller portion and was burnt.
