We have as family driven past this place a number of times but never actually made a point of eating in as a family. Nice decor, small but not cramped. Menu is not the usual “Indian” selection, that’s because it’s a fusion of India and...Kenya.....less spice more focused on the grill. If your looking for a dish to write home about I’m afraid your page is going to be a lot of white space. The grilled chicken is nice and ticks the box and the curries are rather basic in flavor. Come to this place often. The food is amazing and reasonably priced. The food is east African, if you are from kenya or have visited then you will be transported back there as it is so authentic. My favourite has to be the chicken tikka...and the lamb chops. Another favourite is the masala chips, they are out of this world! The staff are super friendly and helpful and the whole place has a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The owner is lovely and helpful, i will always be coming back here when I am in town!
Ordered the mixed grill which can easily feed people. The falooda was really yummy as was the mahamri and Barazi. The jug of passion juice was nice but a bit expensive in my opinion at a jug. Atmosphere was very nice and the...server very attentive. Paan was gorgeous and we left with the left overs that we are for days after there was Th at much food. Will be back again.
Best lamb samosas, best Friday biryani. Its as good as home cooked food. Not forgetting the other mandazi or Ugali. Service is always with smile and cooperative staff and the boss himself Ebrahim. I always give them a call for my orders and pick the...food freshly prepared. Chakula ni tamu sana (delicious food).

The opening times on the website do not reflect the actual opening hours. They open at Cafelike atmosphere. Clean and excellent service. Good freshly cooked. Mostly E African bases. Took us down memory lane. Definitely recommend it. Going back when possible
In a way the best curry I've ever had in Britain, could have eaten the pilau rice on it's own. The (inexpensive) speciality main had wonderful subtle flavours and the Tarka Dhal was smoky with a fantastic aftertaste. All for delivered. Amazing..
As above the food is amazing from a restaurant that first stated in Kenya. Sadly after renovation work it is now more of a takeaway not worth going to unless you live locally. A bad decision to remove the restaurant!

Lovely freshly cooked food and lassis. Great samosas, bahjis kebabs. Great value our children really enjoyed it.
Something different to try. Food is tasty and service is good. A friendly atmosphere. Decor is the Kenyan vibe.
