Avoid ordering a smoothie at Nature's Table. I was really looking forward to grabbing a fresh fruit smoothie this morning, but it turned out terrible. I chose the berries and peanut butter smoothie, and I immediately regretted it. The waitress seemed almost puzzled that someone was ordering a smoothie. She appeared confused while preparing it, as if unsure of the ingredients. When it was served, it looked like watered-down fruit juice with ice chunks floating in it. The smoothie was incredibly watery, and the ice wasn’t properly blended, making each sip—of which I took only three—unpleasant due to the chunks. The fruit flavor tasted artificial as well. We had a great expereince with Natures Table and with Karen who organized to provide breakfast for 25 high school swimmers while we were staying in the area for a swim meet. The food was fresh and we really appreciated Karen's communication and willingness to make an early morning breakfast for our group! We ordered breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches and breakfast bowls with scrambled eggs and potatoes. Kids loved the food and the entire experience was simple and organized. It can be hard to find a spot to eat with a big group of kids and this was perfect for our team. Thank you!
Not bad. I ordered a wrap, it was crunchy, fresh. It was made exactly as I wanted, except the olives were forgotten, and I had to add a ton of salt. I?d order from here in a crunch. They serve the previous days salad greens (refrigerated? the next morning, slim on the veggie options for a ?natural? offering, slow service...so 4 stars for that.
Be sure to stop by Nature's Table and say hello to the owner, Bob! He offers a fantastic breakfast at this charming café. My wife and I loved the special breakfast sandwich from the menu, served with potatoes and coffee. It was both affordable and delicious!

I truly love this spot! The team is incredibly welcoming, and every dish is perfectly prepared. I’m a big fan of their açaí and protein bowls. The pricing is very fair as well. It’s an excellent lunch destination for students seeking nutritious meals.
Great place to get fast healthy food. I tried one of their locally developed specials the saucy bird i believe it was called and it was great. Karen, one of the owners, walks around when she is behind the counter making sure everything is ok.
Stopped by with a group of coworkers for a quick lunch before our meetings. The service was very fast, and everyone enjoyed their meals. The gumbo was fantastic, and the bacon cheeseburger was loaded with plenty of bacon.
Food was fantastic! Super friendly staff! Had the bacon cheese Burger there was freaking awesome... one of the best burgers I've had in a while! Thank you Karen, Sydney, Clairissa for making my first visit great!

Nature's Table is a fair choice for a quick, somewhat healthy lunch, though it’s not my top pick. The consistency is an issue; I’ve ordered the same dish three times, and each experience has been different.
Excellent food, consistently fresh and made to order. The variety of soups is always abundant. The staff is friendly and attentive.
