I will not return to Nautilus Diner in Madison. Had a request to skip soup and salad in exchange for dessert. I would not honour my request, even if it would be without additional effort. Irrational and no way to run a business. The customer should be happy. Not this one.
Was good, 6.8 out of 10, but the service was 9.8. She was at the top of things and went out of her way to be interactive, nice and real, not just me, but my son (6). It wasn't just her, the whole staff approached to go together.

it's a diner. I tend to meet a lot of bfast termine there and love the service tomorrow. it is a small hit or miss all the other paints I go. eat almost always tastes good, but they def pay north jersey prices for it
I love this diner! Affordable with great diner fare, I moved here just a few months ago and this diner has become a weekend staple for my boyfriend and I.
