Next, we tried the Tea Smoked Salmon, but it tasted like any other sushi roll and didn’t really stand out to me. Finally, we had the special of the day, which was venison. It was absolutely delicious—tender and juicy, bursting with flavor. The accompanying sauce paired perfectly with the meat. The dumplings served with it were filled with goat cheese and beets, which were very tasty!
A special shoutout to my server, who was fantastic. I wish I could remember her name; she was incredibly friendly and attentive!
I had an excellent dining experience at this restaurant. I tried the edamame dumplings, Birchrun Hills blue potato croquettes, and the wok chili tenderloin of beef. The service was outstanding, making for a delightful dinner. With a price range of $50 to $100 per person, I would rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5, alongside the service and atmosphere. I highly recommend the wok chili tenderloin of beef and the edamame dumplings!
Nectar is consistently excellent- all 4 of our party loved their meals, with highlights including a venison special, several sushi items and wok chili beef. We ordered 2 bottles of wine both of which were very good and priced at standard mark-ups for better restaurants.
The service and food at the restaurant were exceptional. The Brussels sprouts, sushi, shrimp pad Thai, and shrimp and tenderloin were all perfect. The staff was very attentive and the ambiance was excellent.

Food and drinks were great. Everything came out quickly. Server was attentive. We had a great night!
