The soda machine frequently has puddles of drinks around it, which attract fruit flies, and the service has declined significantly. It's concerning to see cashiers handling money at the register and then preparing pizzas without washing their hands—no gloves, either! On several occasions, I've watched them use their bare hands to apply mozzarella to pizzas right after touching various items at the front counter.

Erica!! Erica!! Erica!! I hadn't been to this place in years, but I suddenly had a craving for Italian food and wanted to explore a variety of dishes! When I arrived, I was the only customer, and since I'm pretty particular, I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing she was! From the warm smile when I walked in to her patience with my complicated order of six different items—extra crispy, add cheese, pack it this way, include condiments, and inquiring about the price—she managed it all effortlessly. Sbarro, you have the perfect person at the front! I won't wait years to return because of her outstanding service. Thank you, Erica!! I tipped on my card and also gave her some cash!
Gross drippy water buckets all over the counters and floor. Service was absolutely the worse. Stood at the counter waiting to order while both employees chatted with a friend at the register blatantly ignoring me. Garbage is as garbage does I suppose. Sorry I gave this establishment a chance. Zero stars if possible!
So far so good, pizza great the two front cashier ladies are wonderful and polite!! I also talked with a couple cook one of them like my classic nintendo shirt will be back again soon actually this makes my fourth time inside and I sit down and fold and eat my pizza

They charged me a tip on my debit card with out permission for slide of pizza was 7 cashier wanted to change 12, and a second time they charged me from cash, both to take out, and when i asked, they get offended and change their attitudes to assist me....
Ordered two sandwiches, took 15 to 20 minutes to get our dine in food, not good service. Food is good but the wait wasn't worth it when the other people in our group already finished their food.
I had spagetti w Italian sausage and the red potatoes, the potatoes had a sweet taste to them which was not very good to me and the spagetti was the basic it was ok..
I have 5 stars for service and atmosphere because I ordered through an app. The the potato’s were under cooked and the baked ziti looked like clay..
