I tried Nene Chicken for the first time this week and I honestly thought it was really good. I ordered the Jumbo mixed chicken with the snowy cheese and swicy flavour. It had so much flavour and the chicken was so juicy. They both tasted so good and I personally like the snowy cheese over the swicy flavour. What surprised me was that it was actually quite sweet, tasting similar to honey chicken but I didn't mind it. My only complaint is that it's quite expensive (cost me nearly $40) for 16 pieces and that it took quite a long time for them to make it. Probé el pollo Nene por primera vez esta semana y honestamente pensé que era realmente bueno. Pedí el pollo mezclado Jumbo con el queso nevado y el saborcioso. Tenía tanto sabor y el pollo era tan jugoso. Ambos sabían tan bien y personalmente me gusta el queso nevado sobre el sabor sciento. La primera vez que vaya a Nene Chicken en Southlands. Anteriormente intentábamos Nene Chicken en carrusel y fue bueno. En comparación con KFC, los pollos originales eran mucho más frescos y menos aceitosos. El único otro lugar de pollo frito coreano que probamos era que Sun BBQ en Northbridge y los pollos fritos no eran frescos. Los pollos fritos en Nene son bastante caros, pero al menos está frito recién frito. El servicio fue muy lento ... esperamos más de 45 minutos por nuestras pollitas fritas y de limón. Creo que son acompañados en la cocina. La tienda es más grande que la de Carrusel.
First time going to Nene Chicken in Southlands. We previously did try Nene Chicken in Carousel and it was good. Compared to KFC the original chickens were a lot crispier and less oily. The only other Korean fried chicken place we tried were Sun BBQ in Northbridge and the fried chickens were not fresh at all. The fried chickens at Nene is quite expensive but at least it's freshly deep fried to order. Service was very very slow...we waited over 45 mins for our swicy and lemon fried chickens. 2ª vez y nunca más. Servicio muy lento. Llamamos a Pre Ordenar y cuando logré eso, solo cocinaron después de que pagué. Pollo frito era grío y sabroso horrible. Ordenó el paquete Jumbo, pero solo dieron pequeños trozos de pollo. La carne fue secada n extremadamente aceitosa. Solo ordenaré el borde de la tienda del carrusel en el futuro.
2nd time and never again. Service very slow. We rang to pre order and when I got that, they only cooked after I paid. Fried chicken was v oily and tasted horrible. Ordered the jumbo pack but they only gave tiny pieces of chicken. Meat was dried n extremely oily. I shall only order frim the Carousel store in the future.
Siempre ha sido un fanático del pollo frito de Nene. Ordenó un pedazo de pollo grande / 8 (4 limón y 4 bulgolgi), chips grandes y un helado de sésamo negro + negro. Han probado algunos sabores de pollo. Mi favorito es probablemente Bulgolgi y el menos favorito es el queso de nieve.
Have always been a fan of NeNe's fried chicken. Ordered a take away large / 8 chicken pieces (4 lemon and 4 bulgolgi), large chips and a green tea + black sesame ice-cream.
