If I could give half or no star I would I ordered about $30 worth of food and it never showed up after 2 hours I called after an hour and they said 7 minutes the driver would be here then called at an 1 1/2 when no food came they said they didn’t know where the driver was when I asked for a refund I got the run around about a discount on my next order after 2 hours I called back because still no food and I am so mad because I was so hungry and was looking forward to what I ordered
Idk what all these other people experienced, but this is some of the best Chinese food I've had in months. Specifically, the quality of the chicken. Not stringy, not gross. Actually decent quality. And the mustard is the best. Left my first review just to say this. Will definitely be going back. Super satisfied. Would recommend.
I had a mix-up with my order and had to wait for them to correct it. I thought they would either let me keep the incorrect order or offer me a complimentary order of Crab Rangoon. I frequent China Sails, and they've always made things right when there's an issue. That’s what I consider good service!
I pay extra for the homemade spicy mustard. I'm surprised Scott feels like paying extra for it. They're making it up from scratch. You deserve to be rewarded. Best Chinese take in Somerset and Swansea. The food was not overcooked and dry as most in the area. Even during delivery the food was hot and not covered with fat. Very happy about this find!
