Neptune Fish - Reserva de mesa

Have been coming here for years and was always excellent. I don’t know if there has been a change in ownership but the quality of food is awful. I had a delivery which was missing items I can live with that mistakes happen but the...quality was underwhelming. I gave it another go at the weekend, but they just don’t know how to cook the oil is obviously not hot enough as the fish batter is uncooked and the chips soggy. This is a real shame and judging by other recent reviews there is a theme developing and they are not reading there feedback. I did not see the old owners so assume they must have sold up, the new staff are friendly enough but if your charging top dollar for takeaway it best be...

We have had very good previous takeaways but tonight we waited half an hour longer than designated time from just eat, after calling times I finally got through to be told the food was on its way! Food arrived and when telling the delivery...driver the order was late he walked away saying sorry up the path! The salt an pepper chicken was completely different than previous orders and burnt! The order was wrong! And the mushy peas were not cooked abs gravy was like water! Such a shame!

driver could not find address (not even try hard) not ringing me or anything, got an email then she had to ring to say that she was on the address and no one was there what was wrong! hours later no eating., people with whom I spoke on the phone was so rude and disgusting, they avoid this place to all. do not think they have ever heard of customer service, wanted to send our food back to us that they did hours ago, we will not make it fresh, will never order from here again.

big cod big chips big curry! fish for everyone let me laugh how ridiculously small they were! size plays a roll! chips for a big! laughing again! curry in a big tub, but half filled! fish was dry and disgusting! chips were terrible and boiled! curry tasted like makeway curry and was in order, I suppose. will never order from there again! mingy ming food! Ordered chicken Kebabs and Large cod, the amount of grease on the kebabs was disgusting... how is the meat even greasy??? The picture is from the kebab tray the paper was soaked in grease which had leaked out of the tray, the pitta had soaked...alot of it and still this in the tray? The batter on the fish where both soggy. Won't be returning.

Tried the fish chips for the first time. Rang up placed the order and collected it in about minutes. (Paid when I picked it up) The fish was lovely but the chips were pretty average. However, I would certainly use them again and...recommend to them a try

use this place several times, tonight ordered salt and pfefferhem (which I had before) I have chickeneduggets with wobble, they were disgusting. take them salt and pfeffer huhn from their menu if they do not sell salt and pfeffer huhn

Ordered over the phone and collected the food from the shop. Wasn't impressed with the chips but really enjoyed the fish which was cooked in lovely batter Reserva una mesa ahora

ordered a few weeks ago a lot of meals when the family visited. everyone was pleasant and cheap. it is worth giving them an attempt.

Disgusting do not order food its cold greasy absolutely vile ours went straight in the bin spent a fortune I'm fuming
