Too bad we can't put 0! Great service when it comes to spending but in a problem, there is no one!! My 80-year-old mother moved to the store to claim a refund because she had been debited 2x during her previous arrival. As a result, she was patient for almost 1 hour, and she had to explain by 3 times that she simply asked to be reimbursed for her due. The director did not even apologize. And the comb: we didn't even offer him a coffee. Marketing to pay George to the top but then my poor mom doesn't even apologize! Shame!
The coffee is there but impossible to buy it without its customer numero and high-end and disdained sellers, avoid your look for fear that you ask them to be cashier. What a horror! Nespresso boasts its carbon footprint but impossible to buy a pickup without unfolding a huge Nespresso bag and we're looked through when we transfer its pickups into its bag and put their bag on the racks? The staff is cold and sufficient. On two occasions I had a payment incident with a watch on the automatic boxes. I didn’t have a credit card on me, I was made to notice that I should have had a card, and the rest was not much more kind. I almost left without my purchases. I will no longer put my feet back in this store, Nespresso is no longer what it was at the reception level, but prices are always at the highest. Keep going!

Very welcoming shop, with a new decor very friendly, as well as the advisor who took care of us (Manu). A pleasure to fall on vendors who take the time to advise and be available for customers. Thanks to Manu for his kindness and the whole team of Nespresso.
