Nest- und Bietschhorn

I was in the hotel nest and bietschhorn during a short trip to see the tasty festival, and, as comfortable, I have to eat for two nights in the hotel restaurant. both meals were exceptional. after the arrival (and refresh! on the first day, my waiter, Laurant,...who also the cook here, recommended smoked salmon, followed by a cordon bleu. it was perfectly prepared; tasty and filling, and was a perfect escape for a hungry evening. on the second day I had eaten a late lunch and was not so hungry. this restaurant by ta found and has really not expected to enter in a gault millau 15 place, especially in this end of the world village! the room is large and classic, unimpressive, but our menu was really at an unexpectedly high level. Very nice presentation,...complete cooking, excellent products and very nice work on the iron balance. service is friendly, the wine list interesting and the prices are relatiw sweet for the quality. only critique is about the timing, since the service was a bit too long (but the restaurant was full, which can be an excuse).

Stayed here for 5 nights half board, while on a ski-ing trip to Lötschental. The food was superb, and very reasonably priced. Would recommend highly. Atmosphere was a little muted, and the lighting too bright, but a minor problem.

we were in the hotel and had booked half board. the included dinner was amazing quality and worth. we loved eating so much we stayed on the departure day for lunch. again fantastic eating, friendly service and great worth.
