We got our food within 45 minutes..then we stated to eat..my niece ordered honey bbq wings with chicken fried rice..within 3 minutes she saw a huge cockroach in her order. Mind you we had 4 orders. So we all threw the good away and called the restaurant. The lady who took our order immediately got offended and accused us of putting it there and I told her I will bring it back to the restaurant and show her..she got more rude then I lost it..i told her I am coming to punch her in her nose..low and behold she simmered down and said the manager will call me. He came to my house apologised for it and gave us back the money. NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PPL..YOU AND YOUR FAMILY CAN GET SICK.
This used to be my favorite spot, but it seems like they've changed ownership. Now, when you call, there's a girl answering who sounds like an offshore representative and doesn't understand the orders. I ordered shrimp wonton soup, and she actually asked if I wanted a wonton soup with shrimp in it! I requested to speak with the owner, and she handed me off to another girl who said the original owners had left. She said she could fulfill my request, but I ended up canceling my order. How can a Chinese restaurant be unfamiliar with different types of wontons?
Honestly we order from here all the time and sometimes super late and they deliver it to my door. I’m sorry other people had a bad experience here because it’s been about 4yrs constant ordering with no issues over here.
This is not New Dragon; it’s Wah Hing Kitchen. The food is terrible. When you call, they’ll try to convince you that it’s still New Dragon, but that’s not true. Avoid New Dragon at all costs. Be warned!
