New King Yen Too Chinese

My family loves Chinese food. We used to go very often to that Chinese restaurant in Granby center as it’s the closest. Having been 5 times too many (to keep giving them chances to not suck) we are now done with Granby and were now more than ready to at least try another nearby option. This place in Southwick was the complete opposite of my last visit to that other place just south of the state border. As we waited for our order, a local guy was also waiting and he only raved about this place. At New King Yen Too you find no frills, just order, pay, pickup your takeout, and go. Friendly enough guy taking the order and the food was exactly what we were hoping for! Delicious, fresh, fantastic...

Lived in Asia for over a decade and often traveling throughout China, the only place to have real Chinese food is IN China. If the Berkshires of Westerns Mass is too far away for such delicious taste, then one of the best Chinese restaurants I have eaten outside China Town in NYC, this one in Southwick. Owned by a family from the province of Fujan, the kitchen is excellent, full of genuine Chinese taste does not bury flavors and seasoned properly, if desired. Portions are huge and the price is excellent. Don't give it up. Take the ride and enjoy.

Not connected to New King Yen in Agawam, MA. Delicious and fresh. Always high-quality ingredients with good taste. The best General Tso's I ever had with a light crispy dough and the perfect amount of sauce. My mother-in-law even liked the rice and that says a lot! I never had anything bad from here and I'll never go to another Chinese place except they close.

Sushi! I just had dinner on the new Japanese side of King Yen. They have a sushi bar and the fish was fresh and artistically prepared. Great addition to Southwick!

Good choice. The food is good, better than other Takeout Chinese in the Southwick MA area.
