1 star... I truly wish I could give 0 stars. They promote their delivery service, but it’s clear they outsource it to third-party carriers. We ordered our food and it took a frustrating 2 and a half hours to arrive, even though we live just 3 minutes away from the restaurant. When the food finally got here, it was decent, but at that point, I was so hungry I could have eaten my own arm. The takeaway here is that if you truly care about yourself, your health, and your appetite, do yourself a favor and order from anywhere other than New Ruby House. To make matters worse, when I initially called to inquire about my order, I was told it would take about an hour for delivery. After half an hour, I called back, only to be informed that the driver was on their way back to pick up my order. By the time two and a half hours had passed, my food still hadn't arrived. I called again, and they repeated the same information. Although the food finally arrived shortly after that, it was far from satisfactory. Overall, it was a waste of both time and money. Average fast food Chinese place. We ordered takeout (wonton soup, general tso chicken and vegetarian shanghai noodles). No veggies at all for the chicken (but at least it came w rice), and I didn’t like the sauce that much it was a bit too spicy and not enough sesame oil to my liking. The wonton soup was ok but we had better and the shanghai noodles were fine but a bit too salty and not much veggies again). Service is friendly. The other Chinese place so far is better in our opinion.

Outstanding restaurant! I followed a Google review while on vacation and took a 20-minute detour on my way back just to try their Kung Pao Chicken— and it was incredible! The food was simply AMAZING!
