I had lunch here several years ago and always thought it was a reasonable price-performance ratio as a buffet. Recently I went in the evening and was quite disappointed. The restaurant now only makes the buffet, there is no more a menu than that. There are of course plenty of food, but when we were there, the options for main dishes were very limited. But... if you like Chinese appetizers (spring rolls, nems, fried ravioli etc.) and Chinese deserts, then it can be a good option. I would also think that it can be good for children as they can choose what they like, or indeed eat nothing other than ice when that is what they want. All in all, not as good as I remember from the past, but maybe...
Well, what you should not forget is that it is a buffet at will, with a lot of choices so you know that the quality and freshness of the products will not necessarily be at the rendezvous. Despite this, it is for the moment the best Asian buffet I have been able to taste, so yes the dishes are sometimes a little cold, the nems are rubbery and the sushi are to be avoided. but the rest passes without problem with a view of "I maximize the 20 euros requested". Sauce dishes are really not bad and you can ask to cook a wok "minute". The reception is good and the restaurant is clean (it's already bad for this type of restaurant). Chinese food "at will" is not of the super quality in general, as far as I am concerned, I am even often balled or sick, but this time: correct quality, not bad choice, including wok and grille for the same price (18€tc). On the other hand, the dishes are not very topped and the filling can take a lot of time...The coast of the ridge is not bad for the price, which is not the case of the steer which is not top and expensive.
restaurant owners had to hear the critics because during my last visit, things really improved. the dishes were fresh and the chicken nems were really excellent. servers are always very available and friendly. the new saigon remains a good option to eat quickly and for a reasonable price on noon in the industrial area of crolles.

rich and varied but of very medium quality. rubbery nems. dried Cantonese rice . very mediocre sushis . of lacquered duck that only bears the name. and for the decoration of painted walls full of grease tasks near the tables . It's really not an address to remember.

very cold reception, dishes are cold and some empty (at 9pm). much less choice than a few times ago. The walls are full of stains... I tried one last time but without results.
bof, bof, bof! the buffet is cold food is of medium quality and without flavor. We better understand why the room is more than 3/4 empty.
