I used to love going there on my lunch but the new young ladies they hired act like you're bothering them when you come in and they messed up my order on 2 different occasions and didn't care at all and when I tried to call back to tell them they keptplacing me on hold for the longest

Immature young female is more interested in singing her song with the radio than she is preparing food and thinks nothing of it when she drops it on the floor. This place was empty when I walked in to pick up order and she had no clue that this order wasup. C?mon now.

Every time I try to call ahead because it takes forever to get your food in store I?m put on hold for a very long time. Need time on your hands if you want a good bagel.

This place stinks out loud, long waits for bad food with rude employees. It?s odd it called NY bagel because this place wouldn?t last a week in NY.
