I discovered this restaurant through Yelp, and I'm really pleased I did. I've never tried a meal replacement shake before, and it was absolutely delicious. I typically avoid drinks or smoothies that are too sugary, so I appreciate that this place focuses on healthier options. I ordered the banana caramel shake, and it was amazing—it tasted just like banana pudding without all the extra sugar and fat. The owner was incredibly sweet and kind, too!
Found this place last week and I cannot be more than happier. I got the combo with the smoothie, tea, and aloe shot. The peanut butter banana and butterfinger are the two I've tried so far and both have been 10/10. The tea and mango aloe shot were also phenomenal. Mary was sweet and answered all my questions. Will definitely be coming back!!!
I'm so happy I discovered this place! It's truly a hidden gem. The staff are incredibly friendly; they welcomed me warmly and were eager to explain the menu. I ordered a peach iced tea, and it was fantastic. I've found my new favorite spot! I will definitely return!

Healthiest and most delicious smoothies here. They never disappoint. The smoothies are thick and creamy. I personally like getting the aloe, smoothie , and tea combo.I got the cranberry aloe, peanut butter chocolate smoothie, and peach tea.
NewStart Nutrition is incredible! The shakes are delicious and healthy! I've quickly become a BIG fan of the Carmel Banana protein shake. Love to support local businesses and NewStart Nutrition is top of the list for me!
