The team at Boston House of Pizza truly shines when it comes to exceptional customer service. They are always ready to address any issues if a customer isn't entirely satisfied. Just yesterday, on September 22nd, I witnessed a very rude customer shouting at the front desk staff because his pizza wasn't delivered straight to him, and his little brother ended up eating some of it. How ridiculous is that? The delivery staff shouldn’t be held accountable for who eats the food that is delivered. I felt sorry for the BHOP employees, having to endure such verbal abuse from someone who was clearly being unreasonable. Just stopped here to grab a sub while I was out driving by there was a parking spot open in front so I pulled in I went in and ordered a large roast beef with mayo and American cheese he asked me if I wanted a toasted I said sure please I then seen him put the roast beef in the microwave so I said okay something different never put the bread in the oven so I sit down wait for my sandwich pay $15 for my sandwich and my soda get back into my truck to open it up two slices of roast beef that are still frozen one of the worst sandwiches I've ever had I will never go back there again I would not recommend going there for a roast beef sandwich again
As a nationally-ranked pizza reviewer in the top 10% worldwide, I sampled a variety of pizzas today. The flavor was quite good, but the crust was notably soggier than any I've encountered before.
I highly recommend not ordering from this restaurant. My food was never delivered! They gave it to someone who pretended to know me and my address. Please steer clear of this place!
