This has been my favorite place for long time now but this is the second time in 3 different dishes the rice is hard stuck to the bottom of the plate, maybe new management ..not sure but very poor quality control on the food now. ? I smack the rice a bit to loose it up but no luck. I told the kid at the cash register but he gave me no response. Maybe they are so successful they don't really care. Well I took the meat and ate it with lettuce..the price went up the service went down. ?Kid-friendliness: Not very formal so kids are okParking: Plenty of parking if you find it
First time trying it. Had a wonderful experience. Not a lot to choose from, which is is fine with me, and what we had (recommended by Richard, who was excellent, BTW), was very good. Crawfish Pasta and Garlic Noodles were fantastic . The egg-rolls are THE BEST I've ever had!Clean, well cooked and hot food.Will definitely go back. I saw another post about hard rice. Didn't get rice this time, but that would definitely not be good.
Nguyen's Kitchen on Grand Ave has the worst service in town! The cashier stood in the kitchen chatting with staff while I waited at the cash desk for 7 minutes without anyone attending to me. With such poor service, I have no intention of returning to this place again. The menu may be good, but the staff definitely need to improve their customer care.
I’ll say, the food is good! But the employees ALWAYS have a bad attitude like they’re irritated and want to just go home. I’ve gone at different times during the day and the terrible customer service is always the first thing you will get. Fix your attitudes!!!

Nguyen's Kitchen on Grand Ave offers a quality experience beyond your average fast food. The grilled shrimp were tasty, though they came unpeeled, which made them slightly messy to eat. Overall, the food was enjoyable, but somewhat pricey.
Nguyen's Kitchen (Grand Ave) is a fantastic spot! The restaurant is spotless and neatly arranged, and the menu offers delicious food and drinks. It’s definitely one of my favorite places in the neighborhood.
The food was definitely good, but the service was a bit lacking. I also think they could benefit from adding a few more items to the menu. Overall, it's definitely worth a visit.
My food smelled amazing. My meat was mostly fat. But was clean healthy and open late. For some reason the drinks are like half full??? So that a negative.

Good food but like too much garlic on the shrimps I think, the floor was sticky all around, restroom really dirty as well… they need better cleaning…
The garlic chicken breast looked and tasted like thigh meat. The pulled pork wasn't pulled, it was thinly sliced and very fatty.
