I asked the waiter if the clear soup is vegan and whether it contains any eggs, he said yes and no. the court arrived, however, and it contains the sommes unusual for a viet restaurant, and the miraculous skin looks very yellow, which means that it probably contains ice. I also suspect that the mock meat they use is not vegan either. it is best to avoid this restaurant as a vegan and if they do not speak fluently Vietnamese to say what they mean.

I didn't feel like congee so the fishcake nudel (vermicelli) suppe 2.75/5 had perfect for the tailing of a fresh cold winter morning. it came in a clear broth with different species of fish cake, raw veg n lemongrass. slightly sweet n tangy (because of the lemon squeeze.) review it 3/5 open for its early.

If anyone go to Nha Trang Vietnam and in love with Nha Trang Style Vietnamese fish noodle soup then Nha Trang Cafe will be right place for them to try. Used to be other restaurant also have good Vietnamese fish noodle soup at Bankstown but then close long ago. They also do Vietnamese Pork Organs Congee/Porridge (Chao Long) best in Cabramatta area
