The Nha Trang in Pulheim puts the measuring bar a huge piece up.... so some Asian (Viet/Thai) restaurants from Cologne can't stop! Started the direct comparison and am thrilled. Pepper-Knoblauch-Saucen-Gericht in Cologne ordered.....nun yes, often I wondered where both of them have hidden. In Pulheim Gegentest: Star level! Even though my fellow human beings protested the next day that I smelled like garlic. Salads in Cologne often somewhat boring... in Nha Trang a symphony of harmoniously matched components. A look into the small yet very well maintained kitchen lets me draw the hat before the performance of the cook. Waiting times are very low and the organization in the kitchen is perfect....
Eigentlich braucht dieses Lokal keine Werbung. Es ist immer gut besucht und hat viele Stammgäste. Aber ich finde es verdient mehr positive Bewertungen! Ich gehe öfter ber Linn essen, weil es dort einfach lecker ist. Alle Speisen frisch und lecker zubereitet. Den Schärfegrad kann man selbst bestimmen. Es gibt Cocktails, asiatische Schnäpse und Früh Kölsch. Restaurant ist gut besucht, auch wenn es was versteckt liegt. Vorher besser reservieren. Die Besitzerin ist super freundlich und ihr Mann kocht. Lohnt sich!
