Came from out of town this came up for places to eat. Most of the tables were dirty with garbage underneath. Gave them benefit of the doubt maybe just busy and didn’t have time. Hot pepper cheese bites came out quick and were decent. Son’s hot dog he only ate 3 bites and wanted chicken. He usually eats a whole hotdog with bun. Reuben had meat that was all gristly and couldn’t eat most of it. Chicken Italiano was ok. French fries decent. Wait staff was respectful. We ordered takeout, so I can't comment on the restaurant's atmosphere. The bartender was friendly. However, the burger was just average at best; the bun was significantly larger than the burger itself. The fries tasted old and were quite chewy. On the other hand, my husband really enjoyed his shrimp dish. My daughter's sausage sandwich had pressed sausage instead of the typical kind. While it had good flavor, there was way too much bun compared to the sausage. She ordered it spicy, but it wasn't very hot at all. If we decide to try this place again, I'll definitely choose something other than a burger and fries.

I have lived in this area for nearly 58 years and have always heard positive things about Inn 62, but I had never actually dined there. I'm usually a creature of habit and stick to what I know, but on a whim, my wife and I decided to give it a try while shopping. We were impressed by the excellent food and efficient service. You absolutely have to try the wedding soup; you'll be pleased you did! Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.
