Wir kennen den Nikolaushof schon ewig, er war bei unseren Würzburg Besuchen immer ein Highlight. Die White Cuban Night vor vielen Jahren war ebenso legendär wie der Spargel mit der besten Sauce Hollandaise, die wir je gegessen haben, was aber auch etliche Jahre her ist. Den gestrigen Abend hätten wir besser woanders verbracht. Die Größe der Portionen soll vielleicht die schlechte Qualität überdecken? Das Wiener Schnitzel war fad im Geschmack, teilweise zatterig, die Bratkartoffeln waren matschig anstatt knusprig und Kümmel in Bratkartoffeln zu so einem an sich feinen Fleisch ist viel zu heftig. Die Serviettenknödel waren sehr neutral im Geschmack, etwas Petersilie und Muskat hätten hier geho...
The Nikolaushof is known for its diverse and upscale cuisine. The Restauran is not recommended for the small wallet. The food is very delicious and sometimes something else you are here in the region. The REstaurant is highly recommended for special celebrations. The service consists of young employees, would be nice if you look a little more on the clothes and the outer appearance. Painted fingernails and open hair not only skillfully. Conclusion: You should always be there. There are always possibilities for improvement. Eat very well.
Wir hatten uns auf den Glühwein im Garten gefreut. Wir haben vorher die WEBSeite gelesen. Alles offen also sind wir aus Würzburg rauf auf den Nikolaushof. Als wir ankamen war die Tür verschlossen, die MainPost vom Freitag steckte noch im Briefkasten. Der gesamte Januar ist wegen Reichtum geschlossen! Schade !So kann man Gäste verkraulen! Super nice restaurant with fantastic views over Würzburg and the surrounding vineyards. The food is very good (currently of course only for taking), the staff is very helpful and friendly. The Nuss Nougat liqueur is particularly recommended! We are looking forward to celebrating our wedding at the Nikolaushof in the summer. Hold on!

The food is very good and the location a dream. However, a long time passes until food comes, so don't get hungry. The price performance is right.
Waiting time forever... The view does not cover everything! The served dish does not fit the menu!!!
