This place is so inconsistent. One time we will order the lasagna and there is so much sauce in the box that it leaks out before you get it home. Other times like this evening, the sauce is non-existent. It was so dry. And it was the tiniest serving. If this was the only issue I probably would have let it go, but they need to seriously address customer service. A side salad comes with only one dressing I was told tonight. Whereas never has anyone had a problem putting 2 dressings in my salad the times before. Tonight the waitress was on a warpath telling me those people could loose their jobs, and if I wanted something extra I have to pay extra for it! Seriously? Ok. A quarter? 50 cents? No...
HOLY SHI+!!!!This place is awesome! I haven't been able to find a genuine pie in 30 years since I've been here.The crust is so soft, airy and the bottom of the pie was perfectly in the middle of crisp and floppy. Loved it.The sauce was really good too. I don't think it was acidic for future heart burn (j and s , Johnnys and Anna's do).The cheese was really good too! Not burnt but just right.The pie... just awesome. Whoever is making and baking them, doing great!The Buffalo tenders, your average chicken tender. The sauce was really yummy and the crunch of the chicken is for real.Definitely looking forward to our new pizza place.Also, for the oldies of Cary, it tastes exactly like Brothers Piz...
Lunch order confirmed 11:06 for noon pickup. Arrived at 11:57 said 2 more minutes so I picked up my husband for his 30 min lunch. Apps delivered at 12:17!! Food 12:22. No one should pay $38 for lunch but not get to eat bc ran out of time. Chicken strips burnt, dry and cold. Bummer, really good looking menu but struggle to deliver on time or apologize for delay.
Why do you have alcohol?? You disguise as a local bar to provide great food, dine in or dine out while waiting...but in actually you are the furtherest thing from it!!! Realize what you are and STOP FALSE ADVERTISING..you probably have mold on the liquor bottle covers...disappointment...makes you wonder what is going on in the kitchen???

Unfortunately, even though their food is good, this is the 2nd time I've placed an order and waited over 30 minutes past my pick-up time if 40 minutes for my order to be ready. They are severely under-staffed and have been for some time. Always a line of people waiting for food and its just backed-up!Food: 4/5
Food is good. Pizza is great. Serve sucks! We have been there multiple times and each time it gets worse. We walked it, sat at the bar for 15 min with out a single person acknowledging we were there. A couple next to us were complaining to of the lack of service. We will not be back. Bummer!Food: 4/5
Staff is young, and lack energy and/or enthusiasm, i.e., RUDE. Bar is inconsistency. I have ordered the lunch special (2 slices of pizza), and it came COLD.. The waitress knew, but served it anyway. This could be a great spot, but staff needs to improve drastically.Parking: No problems w/ parking.
I had to give 1 star because it won’t let you choose anything less. This is what I got for tomatoes for our pizza! My husband got a cheese steak with no peepers! He got peppers who’ve he’s allergic to. This is poor service!

Food is decent, service is slow. Girl that works the counter seems to do everything by herself. They definitely need to re-structure and clean house in my opinion. Start over and step it up in the kitchen.
