I had an absolutely incredible experience at this restaurant. My girlfriend suggested we try Indian food for my first time, and I couldn't be happier with her choice. The atmosphere is tranquil and inviting, and it's evident that the staff takes great pride in their work. They are not only friendly but also very efficient; our server was attentive and knowledgeable. The food was extraordinary—despite it being my first encounter with Indian cuisine, I could immediately appreciate the skill and craftsmanship behind each dish. After this meal, it's definitely made it onto my list of favorite places. I'm already looking forward to returning and I highly recommend it to anyone considering a visit...
I enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and the hospitality at this restaurant. The lady and the owner were very attentive and friendly. They served us quickly and personally. We had samosa chat, lunch special (available until 4pm), garlic naan (delicious) and jeera soda (refreshing) and finished with Badam ice cream. Everything was flavorful and reasonably priced. The owner was especially kind and sweet. He checked on every customer and asked for feedback. He even played a song for my wife that I requested. I have never experienced such service and attention from an Indian restaurant owner in the USA. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Parking spots are limited, though.
"The food was excellent, and the ambience was pleasant. The hospitality provided by the lady at the restaurant was outstanding. We ordered lollipops but didn’t enjoy them. They graciously accepted our feedback, canceled the order, and brought us a different appetizer instead. The service was truly fantastic; I've rarely encountered such a positive attitude lately. The tandooris, naan basket, and curries were flavorful and freshly prepared. We also tried the Veg Thali, which was absolutely delicious. I loved it! The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant as a must-visit and will definitely come back."
Good food, with decent service, only complaints were the amount of napkins and the water which was not refilled through the entire meal. The fried paneer was very dry and unflavorful, but the tikka paneer was significantly better. The food was reasonably priced and had good flavor. Expect to be walking out, paying around 25$ per entree. To try 2 different items you can order a half order of each and they will oblige. This place is hands-down, the best in the NJ area. The food though is absolutely delicious. Had a chance to taste their Masala papad, Naan, Malai Kofta and a dessert. All the items were extraordinary and I'm not even exaggerating. I haven't had restaurant food that is very satisfying in a very long time. The owner of this restaurant is very kind too. He personally looks after each customer and seeks personal feedback.
AMAZING family owned authentic Indian!! We cant find too many authentic Indian places in South Jersey but thats okay because Nimit is all you need. We LOVE this place. Always easy to order and get to go. Friendly staff. The guy who always runs the phone even knows our orders and gives us extra sides when we get to go. VERY delicious. Nimit will not let you down.
Our experience was magical! The food is immaculate and the service is incredible. Paul provided outstanding customer service along with our servers. They made sure we were comfortable and that we were having a good time. I even got to pick a song to play. We will definitely be returning to enjoy this amazing atmosphere and delicious food.
