I 'm really sad with how this shop has started running. For a while, especially during COVID, this Noah 's was the best place to get a great bagel both delivered and in person. But the last 6 months or so have been terrible, culminating in this morning. Their Doordash interface is wrong no option to have your bagel toasted and missing everyday items like chocolate chip bagels, and even though I 've reached out multiple times I 'm always told thru can 't do anything. Placed an online order to save time as I was rushing to head to work. Arrived and discovered my order wasn 't there for pickup. Its been at least 30 minutes. Spoke with some older lady who I assume is the manager and her initial response was I am in the middle of something . Great first response! 5 minutes or so elapses. She then looks up my order and tells me well we made it . Okay then. Maybe you should improve your process. Hadn't been here for a very long time due to poor service in the past. Recently had a craving for a bagel and decided to give them another try. Two visits were good. I got exactly what what I wanted: an open-faced bagel, toasted, with cream cheese, avocado, and everything seasoning. While the staff is friendly and seems to care about customer service, the quality of service leaves much to be desired. For instance, only half-and-half is available for coffee, and when I ordered three different sandwiches and two bagels, they weren't even toasted as I requested. They were not warm enough, either. Additionally, the dining area was closed, which made it inconvenient as hand washing is now an essential part of the dining experience. This place tends to get quite busy, but the lines move quickly. The staff is friendly and patient, especially for newcomers like me who are trying to figure out their ordering system. While the bagels have a tougher texture that might take some getting used to, the selection of cream cheese spreads is impressive, featuring many unique varieties.

As always, the service was excellent and the food was incredibly delicious. I highly recommend the farmhouse double egg; it's the best I've had so far. I often take my husband along so he can try something different, and I can sample it too. Everything we've tried has been good, but the farmhouse double egg truly stands out as the best.

Reviews matter, but ultimately, it’s up to you to decide. Noah's Bagels in Pinole serves the best coffee and their breakfast bagels are absolutely delicious. If you're planning to visit in the morning, be prepared for it to be quite busy, so it's best to arrive early!

When I visited, I noticed there were nine staff members present, but only one was taking orders. The poor girl apologized to customers and mentioned she was new. It was frustrating that no one else stepped in to assist with orders, especially with a line out the door.

The slowest and the rudest person should not be allowed to take orders in the line. The one doing this claims to own the place and says she owns the place.
