We’ve come to this location 3-4 times now, each time progressively worst than the last. The wait is always very long and the pick up area is pretty disorganized. We ordered a coffee with our sandwiches and when we asked to clarify if the drink on the counter was ours, the reply was “I have no idea.” We ended up leaving without it since we weren’t sure if it was ours or someone else’s. Staff seems to be disorganized and the manager (I’m assuming) was so stressed out and not in the loop of what was happening. There was also an employee repeatedly touching his hair with his gloves on and not changing his gloves before touching the food ? We’ll be finding another Noah’s location to go to.

Bagels were fresh and still warm! But what reallystood out to me was th fact that they were sliced which makes it so much easier for the old folks living with us who are struggling with knives. And.... the bagels were individually wrapped which I appreciate because the cheddar jakapen bagel is usually oily and smelly and it transfers to the rest of the bagels which is no fun especiallyif you dontlike the taste or smell on your sweet bagel. It was great today!!
I called early in the morning during a very busy time to ask a few questions about a menu item, when Sara answered the phone she was extremely polite, patient and very informative she was well aware of the menu items and gave me the information I needed. Some businesses do not realize how important customer service is to their business and team members like her is why I’ll keep coming back….good job ????

So I was in search of a place to grab a morning snack/ breakfast bite at 6:30am. I found Noah's and thought great! Walked in to see zero, I mean zero tables or chairs to sit down and enjoy a bagel. I immediately turned around and walked out. Starbucks is right next door with plenty of indoor seating. If everyone that walks in is wanting to sit, I am sure this place will close down soon.
Got order wrong. Made sandwich on the wrong type of bagel and we?re going to charge me to fix it. The employee told me she had to charge me because they gave me what I ordered (not true) and she repeated it back. I said ?skip it and I?m never comingback?. Food was fine. There?s plenty of other places to go where they would have fixed their mistake.
I never give reviews but this order has to be the best door dash order I have ever received. The order was complete nothing was missing and they through in a bagel bite. It really made my day. Truly thank you who ever did that I really appreciate it. thank you again. Everyone order from here bagels are amazing.
This location doesn't like to make hashbrowns for some reason. Been coming in for more than a year, never once got a twice baked hashbrown that i paid for. Not once. Otherwise, chewy bagels, good amount of schmear.

Very tasty bagels. I had Jalapeño bagel with garden veggie spread. Nice ambience to have a early morning breakfast. Price is good too!
This is my second day in the row… I ordered the turkey avocado blt…. DELICIOUS. Customer service 10/10
