If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this shop. I drove a long distance to this location. When I got home, I realized they completely messed up my pickup order. Got a bag full of 15 sesame bagels. Did not pick up phone when I tried calling them. I decided to drive back. They were rude and did not apologize (including the manager). They remade my order and forgot my drink.. I informed them that I touched the bagels to see if my order was in the bag. They said they would take care of them . Customers could be served those bagels in the future which is very gross. Do not go here.
I've never written a negative review before, but since it's my birthday, I have to speak up. Noah really messed up this time. The receipt clearly shows what I ordered, but I didn’t receive it at all. It feels like they made an effort but didn’t quite deliver.
The worst experience I've ever had. I ordered a Breakfast BLT and specifically asked for no mayo and no spinach because I'm allergic to mayo. But they still put mayo on it. I recommend going to the Rocklin location instead—they at least get your order right.
The bagels were delicious. We ordered a Lox Tray with extra bagels, but there was a mistake with our order. I spoke with Morris, the manager, who was very helpful and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. Parking was also convenient.

Ordered a Chorizo avocado sunrise on a jalapeño cheddar bagel breakfast sandwich through Doordash and it arrived still warm. Sooo goood! The sauce is amazing and all the ingredients were fresh. Can't wait to try more menu items!!
The bagels were decent, but they arrived quite cold and had hardly any schmear on them, which is my favorite part. I ended up paying an extra $1.15 for a thin layer of basically nothing.
Customer service is lacking. Cashier wasn’t paying attention when ordering. They advertised there burrito outside and in the store but it was very bland. No effort. Kinda disappointing.
Such a joke! These sandwiches are way overpriced and not worth it. Not to mention, the store is careless I ordered a Turkey Sausage Cheddar They forgot to add the sausage! Garbage.

The bagels are delicious, and the coffee is served piping hot, but the service is quite slow. Even with just one person ahead of you, it can take a while to get through the line.
I have ordered from this location twice, and both times I received someone else's order in my bag.
