Walked in at noon at the restaraunt and was packed. Customer service was food delivery, which I'm totally fine with due to the demands of the restaraunt.Restaraunt is really cozy and feels like a hole in the wall, which is a indicator of good food.I had the rolling noodles in sour spicy soup with pork and vegetables. Wish it came with a little bit more meat but pork was tender and a really generous portion of broth, vegetables and noodles. Noodles steal the show and were really delicious.I learned that I'm not a sour and spicy broth person, but that's more of a me problem than a restaraunt problem, food was delicious.

I was hoping to get the hand pulled noodles, but having arrived around an hour before closing, they were sold out ?Instead I got the cumin fried sliced noodles with beef. The dish was quite good and flavourful. I just feel like there was a little bit too much grease for myself personally (my other friends did not have this issue).The restaurant and food had an authentic feel to it which was nice.I'll have to go back to try more food there!
This place was pretty good I definitely want to go back and try more dishes. I got the cumin beef noodles which I searched out in Edmonton because it’s a hard dish to find. The cumin flavor was really good I enjoyed it a lot. The soup we got was so sour and good. We also got the Chinese pork burger and it was so good that I would go back just for that. This place is very busy so make a reservation if you don’t want to wait.

Amazing, authentic, Chinese cuisine and a local gem. Their hand pulled noodles with chilli oil is delicious and filling, recommended toppings are minced pork and tomatoes.If you come for lunch on a weekday, make sure to come a few minutes before they open at noon, as seating consistently fills up shortly after.Service is fast (with complimentary hot green tea), and easily fits within an hour lunch break.
The homemade noodles are the best I have had since I returned from China. I had the hand pulled noodles with minced pork and chili oil. The noodles had a great chew and the sauce was spicy but not so hot you couldn't enjoy them in Canadian terms, I would say medium heat). The atmosphere was casual like a family run restaurant.
Visited Edmonton over the weekebd and decided to have some noodle for lunch. Great authentic dinning experience. Showed up at opening hour and already a Hugh lineup ahead of us waiting. I remembered it was just like that 10 years ago when they first opened up. Hard to believe they are still popular like this nowadays.
Absolutely some of the best noodles I have had in my life. Get the hand pulled noodles and hot chili oil. Sometimes the most basic dishes are the most delicious. There is nowhere to hide and the skills and amazing flavors are on full display here. Don't miss out!
