This is absolutely the worst noodles and company I’ve ever been to. I live closest to this one, however I will go all the way to the one by the mall instead because the service and the food is 100% better. Last time I will ever come to the one on Lexington. The people here are absolutely just rude and disrespectful. Came in during lunch and stood by the counter for 10 mins and not one person was there. My husband and I came in around 9 pm, we ordered a Mac n cheese and spaghetti and meat balls, our food wanst hot, didnt even melt the cheese, this location is very ghetto they have young kids working here who have all their friends here like it 's a frathouse, they are worried more about closing instead of their customers. The guy at the register acted like he disliked his job and had a very bad attitude. People screaming out the N word. We hadn’t been to this location in a while. As we pulled in my daughter said “They can’t seem to get things right here.” However, since it was the closest location, we decided to try again. We regret the decision. They are clearly understaffed and overwhelmed. They were 0/3 on our orders. One kid ordered Mac n cheese and they got buttered noodles. The other 2 of us ordered dishes WITH chicken. Neither of them had a speck of chicken on them. We have given them multiple chances and this was the last one. It’s a bummer because they are conveniently located, but it isn’t worth the hassle.

Went in the other night, the atmosphere was not very welcoming along with the staff. The restaurant was very dirty and when I got my food the meat was warmish and the noodles were colder than room temperature.
