During my recent visit, I decided to try the new Chicken Parmesan, mainly because it looked so delicious in the large bowl featured in the in-store advertisement. However, when my meal arrived, it came in a small aluminum tray and didn’t look nearly as appealing as it did in the ad. I should have known better. While the dish was tasty, the portion size left me wanting more, especially for over $10. My wife ordered the mac and cheese, and she described it as just okay. In my photos, the last one shows the Chicken Parmesan as advertised.
This is my second time ordering curbside and not getting my order promptly. the first time I had to call because even after I put that in here and the food was ready no one came out after 10 min. The second time I just went in because no one was answering the phone. I went in and two people were just standing there, why offer curbside if no one is gonna work it and get people their food?
Placed an order online about 20 minutes before I arrived, but when I entered the store, the employees told me that they had forgotten about my order. Had to wait an extra 10 minutes as they took their time to make my order. Food is good, but service needs some serious work.
The food was excellent, but the service felt a bit aloof. The dining area was clean, though it appeared to be somewhat disorganized.

Pad Thai was amazingly good and fresh. Good service and nice people working at the deer park location. I enjoyed every bite!
