I used to enjoy dining at Noodles and Company before I adopted a vegan lifestyle, so I was thrilled to discover that they have vegan options available. I usually order their Japanese Pan Noodles with tofu because I don’t need to make any modifications to enjoy a vegan meal. The tofu is cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of crispiness on the outside. While there are a few other dishes that can be customized to be vegan, the Japanese Pan Noodles remain my top choice. I always add broccoli for an extra dollar since the dish doesn’t come with many vegetables.

Noodles Company in Riverdale is AWESOME! They offered AMAZING service for a teacher luncheon that I volunteered to help for the plan. I really appreciate that a director of the time they helped me with a menu that suits our school budget, then the day of picking up had it ready to go on time, helped me to load the car (I am 8 mnths pregnant so this is a BIG DEAL), and then they had even written a special note on one of the bags for our teachers! Before I went vegan, I loved dining at Noodles and Company, so I was thrilled to discover that they offer vegan options. I usually order their Japanese Pan Noodles with tofu since I don't need to make any modifications to keep it vegan. The way they cook their tofu is impeccable—it always has the perfect crispiness on the outside. While there are a few other dishes that can be adapted to be vegan, the Japanese Pan Noodles are definitely my favorite. I always add broccoli for an extra $1.00 because the dish could use a bit more greens.

Among the available options, I highly recommend the Japanese Pan Noodles. They offer great portion sizes, and the quality of the dish is consistently excellent across all locations. Other choices include the Tossed Green Side Salad with balsamic vinaigrette, Penne Rosa without cream and cheese, Whole Grain Tuscan Fresca without cheese, and Spaghetti with Marinara without cheese. Upon entering, the restaurant resembles many of the new deli-style chains that have emerged recently. They offer a variety of vegan options on their menu. I must say, the dish I ordered was excellent! I had expected it to be just mediocre, but it turned out to be both delicious and generously portioned. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth a visit. I wouldn’t make a special trip just to go there, but I would certainly stop by if I’m nearby.

It seems like this new deli-style restaurant is typical of many that have recently opened. They offer several vegan options on the menu. I must say, the dish I ordered was excellent! I expected it to be just average, but it turned out to be delicious and quite a generous portion. Definitely check it out if you’re in the area. I wouldn’t make a special trip just for it, but if I’m nearby, I’d certainly stop in again.

I had the shrimp scampi which is marked as a spicy dish but I wasn't sure how. They even went so far as to let me look at the packaging for the sauce to check for known spicy ingredients and black pepper. There was a bit of back of the throat heat but that may be from the vinegar in the sauce. It was otherwise absolutely delicious!

This is a lunch tradition for my daughter and me! We always get the Penne Rosa w krusted parmesan chicken! Very delicious!!!!
