From the minute we walked in the door and were warmly welcomed to the moment we were graciously thanked for coming in as we left it was one of our best experiences in all of our years visiting Noodles and Company. General Manager Danny Ortiz was exemplary in every way possible!! I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, and it was incredibly disappointing. The sauce and noodles were mushy, and the meatballs were completely dry. Overall, it was a terrible experience. On the bright side, the service was excellent—the staff at the register were friendly and even gave me chili powder to spice up my pasta. Great service, but unfortunately, the food was really bad. If you can't make pasta taste good, it’s hard to believe the kitchen knows how to cook. I’m giving two stars for the service, but I would advise avoiding this place altogether.
I had the pad Thai noodles last night, and the noodles and sauce were quite tasty. However, the dish was supposed to come with both napa and red cabbage, but there was no red cabbage at all, and I could barely find a few small slices of napa cabbage. Please remind the chefs that when a dish lists cabbage as an ingredient, it should include a reasonable amount!
I had an incredible experience with the customer service at this restaurant—it's the best I've ever encountered! The food was fantastic, and I was completely satisfied. I ordered just four minutes before closing, and the staff went above and beyond to help me. This establishment truly deserves a five-star rating!

I had my first visit to this restaurant, and I thoroughly enjoyed the noodles, particularly the noodle soup, which I loved. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The service was also quick. I will definitely return and highly recommend it!

I ordered two Tortellini dinners to go: one with Marinara sauce and the other with Chicken Pesto. Both were delicious, and I will definitely be ordering them again in the future.
