Ever since the company decided to place orders through call centers out of States rather than directly through the location the service is gone completely down. I have been coming here for years and now they have incompetent staff with a manager that has 0solutions for the problems with the call center. All you get is an apology which doesn't fix anything nor make the situation inany way better. 2.4 miles on the phone, driving from one location to the store, only to have the manager tell me I could placethe order online (while driving). I ordered the Zucchini Pesto with grilled chicken, and it was fantastic. The portions were generous, and the service was prompt yet fresh. However, this location is somewhat hard to spot from the road due to a fence, and you have to navigate a few left turns after turning onto Nicoll Way before you finally see it facing Roosevelt Rd. Overall, I was pleased with both the meal and the service, and I will definitely return, though I wish it was easier to find from the main road. I've lived here for years and never noticed it!

This was an absolute disappointment. I ordered buttered noodles with parmesan chicken and extra parmesan cheese, but I received four tiny pieces of dry chicken and no cheese at all. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered. Upon closer inspection of the noodles, I found a hair in them. I will definitely not be returning and plan to dispute the charge with my credit card company since nobody seems to be answering the phone.

Before COVID, I really enjoyed this restaurant. However, my experience has changed since the pandemic. It seems that the restaurant is now primarily focused on delivery and takeout, and if you choose to dine in, you still feel like a takeout customer. Your food arrives in a paper bag with plastic utensils, rather than on plates or in bowls like it used to be. I'm unlikely to return to this location anytime soon. Reserva una mesa ahora

I really enjoy this place. The food quantity and taste has gone down from a few years back, but that?s not the locations fault. The staff here is wonderful and very pleasant. They always make sure to cater to your needs and go above and beyond.

I just had a wonderful experience as a valued customer! The person at the register and the server who handed me my food and chopsticks both had the brightest smiles. I'm definitely coming back!

I paid over $11 for what seemed like a kids' plate. I don't remember the small portion being this tiny before. It looks like prices are going up while food portions are getting smaller!

Went for my vegetarian granddaughter. Food is good. The only thing I always think after eating is, I would like the noodles cooked just a little bit more. I don't like mine that firm. Reserva una mesa ahora

I'm very glad to know this restaurant. The place is clean. The foods are tasteful. I love the taste. The service is excellent. I highly recommend this place.

I always receive excellent service, helpful recommendations, and friendly smiles from the staff. The food is consistently delicious!
