Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee

My coworker was looking for something tasty to eat for lunch today from Nordstrom Grill and found something she wanted on the online menu. She called to order it and Sierra told her it no longer exists on the menu. As if this wouldn 't be confusing enough, Sierra then hung up on her when she asked if there was anything comparable that she could order instead. We went in to order instead which is where we found Sierra barely playing hostess and looking very unkempt. She greeted us with a plain hello so underwhelming that i had almost forgotten it by the time i could begin this review. My group of 6 went to this restaurant for a light dinner. I ordered a seafood soup while the others got dinner salads. They also offer sandwiches and burgers. The food and service were both good. A major bonus was that it wasn't too crowded on a Friday night, as it mainly serves mall patrons. It was a great spot for a sit-down dinner without having to deal with the typical Friday night crowds. Just keep it our little secret.

This restaurant is a great spot to unwind after a long day of shopping! I tried the most delicious turkey and avocado sandwich here that I've ever had. It was full of flavor and left me feeling satisfied. The fries were tasty too, although I wished there were more sauce choices. I also love the mac and cheese here. The only downside is that many menu items seem to be high in calories, which is a bit puzzling to me.

This restaurant feels like a second home to me. I always smile when I receive my coffee here. Even though I have moved to New York, my best memories are tied to the personal touch and incredible taste of their amazing coffee. I really can't understate how great the staff. They are always offering helpful suggestions and anytime something I or another customer wants something that is out of stock, there is a suggestion of what to get instead.

the customer service is great. fast drinks. since diet in the shopping center is closed, this is the only place to get coffee, but I'm glad I discovered it. better coffee in my opion.

The coffee at this restaurant is delicious. I'm not sure why Starbucks is always so crowded, while this place isn't. The staff is friendly.
