Food was good overall, however the customer service was horrendous. They started taking our order and after appetizers were given to us they left us to wait and then they remembered we are still waiting for food. They were more concerned talking to the other customers. If you are in this business you are suppose to be very well trained of what it’s is to have good customer service skills. Menu had no prices, so the restaurant blind sides you to order your hearts content until you get your bill. When the bill came they charge 4% cc fee 15% service charge when we asked the waitress if that service charge is their tip she had no idea. For the prices you charge the tables are so tiny for 4 ppl....
They charge me $30 for a mix chaufa (chicken and beef) and the chicken was missing … the chaufa is $20 on their menu. I guess the chicken fly away with the price . This is not the first time that they get us the order wrong….. last time we order a half parrillada (all kinds of meat) and they brought us the full one without realizing until we saw the price at the end. I’m definitely not coming back here. Best Peruvian place for me is “Inka’s Flame” in Middlesex NJ
Deliciosa comida, atención al público muy buena pero...ojo. siempre revisen bien el bill por q en nuestro caso heramos 5 personas y cargaron automáticamente 17% lo cual me parece justo, pero encima de eso dejamos el 20%...tambien pagamos unos postres en cash y cargaron a cargo de 4.0% no entiendo si es pago en efectivo...haci q disfruten de una rica comida y revisen su bill a la hora de pagar!!
First time in NJ visiting my family and got the best impression with the quality of the food and the service. Well done surprising with the birthday touchKid-friendliness: While in there came a family with kids and got good service (open the door helping the mother with the stroller and highchair for the second child)

This was an incredible experience! The staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous—it's rare these days to receive such excellent service. The food was authentic, beautifully presented, and abundant. I highly recommend you go and experience it for yourself; they treated us exceptionally well.
I have visited this place many times and I loved it but the truth is that it has changed a lot. I had raw chicken, the jelly full of squid, 2 shrimp was the best before but I don't know what happened, I hope it returns to how it was before for now and no more.....
We had dinner with friends, and the four of us thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was our first visit to this restaurant, and the food surpassed our expectations, as did the service. The soup was incredible, and the appetizers were both unique and delicious!
I always have a wonderful experience here. The food is amazing, the service is excellent, and I feel right at home.
