I ordered the Fish noodle with braised chicken special broth and the Chinese hamburger. The hamburger bread and pork stuffing were a bit dry, which made me think they may have used leftovers from their broth for the filling. I believe it could have been improved with other ingredients. However, dipping the hamburger into the broth added moisture and flavor. The chicken pieces were tasty on their own. I wasn't a fan of the texture of the noodles, so I might try the ramen next time. The broth was the highlight for me - flavorful, not greasy, and didn't leave me feeling extra thirsty afterwards (like MSG often does).
