I followed this food truck last year and got to know the incredible people behind it. Karen, Eric, and Stefan are not your average restaurant owners. They value their staff and inspire them to chase their culinary aspirations. I use their kitchen to whip up my vegan and gluten-free desserts, which I serve at restaurant openings. If you eat at Nosh Pit, you're supporting a fantastic family and their mission! Be sure to try the Kaz—it’s the best vegan burger in Michigan!

I’ve been a fan of the Nosh Pit’s food truck for awhile and was thrilled when they opened a restaurant in Hamtramck. Tonight I checked it out and it is one of my new favorite restaurants. I adore the neighborhood, and the inside of the restaurant is so cozy; it feels like you’re eating at a friend’s house. The food was spectacular. I can’t wait to eat there again soon.

I am a meat eater usually, but I ordered the Larry thought it was a beef ruben sandwich (I was in the Detroit cocktail classic and a little sharp at this point lol). Only when I was halfway through eating this amazing sandwich that I realized that the pinned beef actually pickled vegetables!!! Soooo good. I need another one.

I’m a big fan of meat, but I decided to try something different, and this restaurant did not disappoint! I had the Denis lentil burger, and it was absolutely delicious! Honestly, I could hardly believe it wasn’t meat. I would highly recommend this place to everyone, whether you're vegan or not! Reserva una mesa ahora

You need to eat here! The food is absolutely delicious, fresh and made with love. The restaurant is a welcoming, open space with huge communal table to meet new people while enjoying amazing food. There’s so many tasty options, it’s hard to decide on what to eat!

The delicious flavor combinations create a satisfying meal, even for non-vegetarians like myself! I appreciate that there's no risk of cross-contamination with their gluten-free options. I’ll definitely be coming back for more whenever I can!

I went to the food truck in Cadillac Square yesterday and ordered the Karen (vegan). It was the BEST sandwich I've ever had! Not exaggerating. I would have taken a picture but I couldn't put the sandwich down.

I love the food, I love the vibes, and I love the staff. Great service and spectacular sandwiches. Get the Larry and the Amanda (salad) trust me, you won’t regret it.

Thanks for coming to Allen Park. Grilled beet sandwich was tasty and the vegan cupcake was to die for! Will be looking for The Nosh Pit truck at events!!!
