A lovely lunch today, thank you! A shout out to Michele, the chef, who rarely gets a mention. We ordered two croques monsieurs and a spicy chicken salad, followed by a delicious slice of lemon drizzle cake, a slice of carrot cake and a piece of chocolate tiffin, all delicious. Food is well prepared, fresh and tasty and served with a smile by Sam at the till who also deserves a big-up for his exceptional customer service. Cappucinos are hot, good value for money and there was no rush for us to vacate our table. A great dining experience, well managed and a credit to the garden centre. Well done! We look forward to returning again soon.
We visit this café for coffee once or twice a week, and after seeing the cooked breakfast, we decided to try it. We had to wait for it to be freshly cooked, but it was worth it. It was nice to see it cooked instead of sitting out to keep warm. The produce was lovely, the staff was very friendly, and it was the cleanest garden center café we have been in. The atmosphere was lovely. The only thing I didn't like was that I think they've changed the chocolate in the Mochas. It has an aftertaste and isn't very chocolatey, but the Cappuccinos are delicious.
We arrived at the restaurant just after 3pm to order some drinks and a light snack after completing our tasks for the day. Jess greeted us warmly and took our order. Our drinks were made and served quickly by the assistant manager (apologies for not catching his name), and our teacakes arrived shortly after. The café area had a lovely atmosphere, was clean, and the staff were helpful. The food and drinks were good as well. We will definitely be coming back!
Absolutely brilliant!! Love the Stilton and broccoli soup and my husband has the croque monsieur.. Delicious!! But most of all.. the staff they are so so good. So attentive. The meals are bought to you hot and they clear up tables quickly. Very hard working staff. Marie is the best.. always welcoming with a big smile and always helpful. Great team work. Credit to Notcutts team and managers. Thank You

We go to Notcutts every week on a Sunday as a family for coffees and a snack. The food is always lovely and the staff are excellent! Denise is very kind and make an effort each time thank you very much, a very positive and lovely person!
This restaurant has the best scones in Solihull made by their own chef! Plenty of cream, jam and butter and lovely hot tea. A lovely place to go for a cream tea.
Good food and Great service. Restaurant staff were very helpful and pleasant. We vsit frequently and will continue to do so (2-3 times per week)

This is our 2nd visit and on both occasions we have experienced excellent and friendly service. The food is good value for money.
