Ordered a set of bundtinis for my mother 's birthday. Went in to pick up the next day. I should 've checked the order....they did not include the happy birthday flags that I paid extra for and also did not include the strawberries and cream flavor. If they would 've notified me that they did not have this flavor I would 've felt better, but that didn 't happen. I 've never pre-ordered something and had so many mistakes with the order before.
There are plenty of cake options and the customer service is excellent. The bakery is very clean and well-maintained. I noticed they offer a blueberry lemon cake, which sounds intriguing—I’ll have to try it next time. The red velvet cake was delicious, and I will definitely return to this location. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for great cakes!
I’m giving one star less due to the lack of a paper bag after purchasing several boxes of treats. Another star is deducted for the smaller portion sizes. Additionally, my order was incorrect, which warrants another star reduction. Unfortunately, my experiences at the Folsom and Corte Madera locations have been much better.

You bake the most delicious cakes! I purchase them for my own events, as well as for gifts to customers. I was thrilled when they created a special decoration for a housewarming party! It was so thoughtful!
The Churro Dulce De Leche Bundtlet, available only until October 8th, has become my absolute favorite! It's a shame it’s not a permanent menu item because it is incredibly delicious!
