Nothing Bundt Cakes Mckinney

BEWARE!! I placed an online order for 3 dozen buntinis to be delivered to our wedding party/venue on a Saturday, ordered 2 weeks in advance. Got the confirmation email, then went by the store in person to confirm the order, which they did. Come the day of the wedding there was no delivery. No phone call. No email. No text. NOTHING!!! Delivery driver texted 2 days later saying they were trying to deliver (Monday). I called back to say they missed it, delivery should have been Saturday, she stated “the bride changed the date to Monday”….NOPE!! I AM the bride and I did NOT change the date. I had an order for the location all, but they called me a refund and canceled my order because of weather. So I called the Mckinney site and they let me know they were open as long as the weather was okay. So I placed the order and expected the same treatment as the Allen site if the order was canceled. but no, no, no, no. the weather is cold, but the roads are normal and dry, in contrast to the previous days. let them at least know their customers so that we can make alternative plans. it doesn't make any sense considering that I placed the order 5 minutes after talking to a hired one there, so that they were clearly open and most likely saw the order in their system. I had very great experiences with other locations in the past. however, only one order for my engaged birthday and the customer service was extremely missing. who took my order was very rude. I tried to put an order online for a few days to say that I had to call the place. that was good. I knew exactly what I wanted, but just couldn't remember what the tower was called exactly and tried to explain the girl I wanted that the 3 linked mini bunker. she said very rudlied, we don't have that we only bind 2. we had the big lemon bunker than our high-time cake. While I think the taste is beautiful, I was disappointed that they did not ask our to leave the middle part empty of frosting as it is too much. However, the small colorful ones are much better, as it is just a squeeze above. add the little strawberry and saw a was the most delicious cake I've ever tasted!
