After a long day of hiking, we were excited to try Nourish Bistro because of the positive reviews. Two of us shared the deep fried brocoli as an appetizer and the King Kong noodles as a main. They were both very underwhelming; the brocoli could...have used a more flavourful seasoning or dip, as the garnish sauce didn’t add a lot of flavour, though the brocoli was nicely deep fried. The King Kong noodles were disappointing; we expected a noodle dish (not a soup one); though perhaps we read the description incorrectly. My husband and I had an excellent experience at Nourish Bistro. He is Celiac, and we went because of other positive reviews regarding allergen awareness. We were not disappointed. The staff was very knowledgeable and the menu had a large number of gluten free choices....He had the famous nachos and I had a falafel salad. Both were excellent. Prices were reasonable and the portion size was perfect for us. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, not just people with allergies or vegetarians.

Ate here this evening and loved it. Great patio, with the added bonus of live music from local performers, courtesy of Banff! Food was amazing. I had beetroot bruschetta and a slice of hazelnut chocolate aka nutella cake. My dining companion had broccoli tempura with...halloumi with blueberry cheesecake. Service was attentive and servers very personable. Fine, fine dining without the stuffiness. Worth every penny. Even a committed carnivore would be delighted.

The food was good, but as a vegetarian restaurant I expected more. Not very creative when it comes to have vegetarian dishes. Many other non vegetarian restaurants are already offering the same things, like vegetarian burgers, raviolis or soups and salads. There is room for...improvement

We were delighted to learn this super cool atmosphere was veg/vegan. Great environment, owner chatted with us for a while who was amazing, and the soup of the day and beers were amazing. Can’t wait to come back in the future and visit their other...locations in Calgary!

If you are a Caesar fan, you need to try Kalebs bartender special! It has so many layers of flavor and garnished with all in house pickled veggies. We also really enjoyed the falafel salad, cauliflower soup and poutine. Will return on our next trip...to Banff!

We ate here after the marathon. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The nachos were amazing. The restaurant is vegan vegetarian. I’m not and would highly recommend.

Excellent food and cocktail. Naked swede is so good. Sam our server was delightful! Will definitely be coming back
