Very disappointed in this place. During my last visits, I didn't have the best experience. During my last visit to the Bliss area I booked a private hot sauna. At my slotted time, I found it occupied. In the hope that the person would be out, I used the other amenities. I was surprised by this visit that they give you only one towel, and they are not satisfied if you ask for additional. In any case, much after my planned sauna time a person appears and it is a mandatory staff that has not taken into account my planned time. She drips wet in sweat. Get a gift card of $153, good for 3 reflex zone massages. Despite the indication when I booked my appointment, checked in and checked out, I was charged $75 for one. When I questioned this, again mentioned the rate for buying three (this is published on the Mind / Body Portal, but the payment by gift card is not available) I was completely ignored and released. The spa is beautiful, but customers should be pampered. I feel like I didn't give it.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The staff is great... we were pampered and taken care of all morning. I had a facial treatment with Sarah and it was the most relaxed thing I felt for months. Can I wait until an apology goes back... I don't need an excuse! I'm going back just because I want it and I deserve it!

Beautiful choices for construction, fittings and facilities and a large Iyengar class, step right with a lot of time to keep poses for maximum benefit. Will definitely be used again for hot energy and yin classes, and the salt room and other spa facilities!

Great place to relax and get away from the real world. The place is clean and well maintained. Everyone is extremely nice and welcoming. I recommend going to release and trying out one of there spa packages!
